Cookies!

So I made some cookies in lab this week that inspired these bad boys. Great for stress snacking without the guilt = protein cookies. They are delicious!!! Try them and tell me what you think!

1 soft medium-sized banana
2.5-3 cups rolled oats
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 squares melted dark cocoa

Use a blender to mix all ingredients until batter is well chimed. Bake on 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Let cool then top with melted chocolate.
